GSC Week 31

This week is snowflake week! I could not find very many snowflake granny squares so I ended up making my own snowflake squares.

I found one pattern on the internet, and the rest were done with motifs from the books called "Connect the Shapes Crochet Motifs" and "Beyond the Square Crochet Motifs" by Edie Eckman.

GS #212-Snowflake Breeze

This is the pattern that I found on the internet. It was an easy pattern and great for beginners. The only thing that I did was add an additional row of dc to make the square larger. you can find the pattern here

These next snowflake squares were made form motifs found in the book "Connect the Shapes Crochet Motifs" the book can be found on Amazon

  1. Well you did get to the snowflakes as promised! #218 looks like a snowball... Each one is colored quite the same; are you starting to plan a project with this grouping? Nice squares this week. Sandi
