GSC Week 46

Here we are at week 46, it has been fun making these granny squares and just think I will be done in 6 weeks! I will be finishing up with the book "99 Granny Squares to Crochet" by Leisure Art in two weeks. I was wondering where I would fine more patterns and one day while I was shopping at Hobby Lobby, I found a new granny square book called "100 Colorful Granny Squares to crochet" by Leonie Morgan. You can find the book on Amazon. This book has some bright and colorful granny squares to crochet and some new ideas. So I will finish  out the year with granny square patterns by Leonie.

The colors for this week are black, tan, bright pink, and beige.

GS #317-(#80 in the book)

This pattern can look like a flower or a sun depending on the yarn  colors used.

GS#318-(#81 in the book)

This granny square looks like it could be a family crest.

GS#319-(#82 in the book)

The black with the pink border makes this square really look great!

GS#320-(#83 in the book)

If this square was done in reds and pinks it would probably  look like hearts.

GS#321-(#84 in the book)

It is hard to see the pattern in this square since the last few rows are done in black, a lighter color would have made the pattern easier to see.

GS#322-(#85 in the book)

This pattern reminds me of an old fashion wagon wheel.

GS#323-(#86 in the book)

I have done squares and pentagons, but this is my first circle granny square.

I am still working on those christmas garlands I have been talking about. I have not had a chance to finish since I have been helping my daughter with the patterns she is going to be launching on ETSY next week when she opens her new shop.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks squares!
Happy crocheting!
