Lily Pond Blanket Update-July

The time has come for the Lily Pond Blanket update. I finished the final blocks and now I just need to find the time to put the blanket together! This was a fun crochet a long and I really enjoyed making each block because they were all different.  The blocks for this month are the large and medium lily.

Block 8- Large Lily (Pattern was released on July 14th)

Block 7- Medium Lily (Pattern was released on  June 30th)

The large and medium Lily blocks were easy to make and crochet up quickly! The colors really make the flowers stand out! 

I will be putting the blanket together in the next few weeks and will be post the photos of my finished blanket as soon as it is completed!

The patterns for this crochet a long that were created by Jane Crowfoot, are easy to follow, have a great tutorials for making each block, and are written in three different crochet languages! I am excited that I have the opportunity to go to the Knit and Crochet show, put on by the CGOA, this weekend in San Diego! I am looking forward to 3 full days of crochet and meeting other crocheters. I may even try out a knitting class.  I will let you know next week all about it.
